Responsibilities

The first part of this program is to give you the behind the scenes tools needed to effectively manage staff. Each step of the way lays a foundation for future success. Learning the application process, including tax and other necessary government forms for employment are essential in every part of our business. This will involve learning how to properly fill out all forms and overcome obstacles during the pre-employment process. During the time you spend getting to know the paperwork that is involved in the hiring process you will also be sitting in on interviews and on screening calls. As the training progresses, you will gain the knowledge and insight into effective interviewing. This will lead to you interviewing and screening applicants under supervision, during which time your performance will be assessed. Going hand in hand with the pre-employment process is the on-site management of employees. Once you have gained some experience with interviewing, you will be expected to assist members of our management team at events. This includes assisting with pre-event, event, and post event responsibilities. There will be also other duties that will come as the program progresses.
