THE GIP FOUNDATION, INC. is a developing non-profit organization dedicated to the public with the specific purpose to uplift, empower, teach and support at risk female adults, teens and children so that they can become emotionally, physically, and financially self-reliant in order to become mindful contributors to their communities.

Founded by a single mother of three girls, passionate and motivated to encourage, foster and inspire "Girls." Mission to deliver life-changing programs to Teen Youth ages 11 – 16 years
“Mentoring Opportunities” for Young Women ages 16-24. These workshops use 4-parts (arts, health, purpose, & fellowship) & are lead by women passionate about their talents, share these assets in a designed skill-building curriculum.

Responsibilities

Will be asked to:

Work closely with the CEO by assisting CEO in meetings, scheduling appointments, finding speaking engagements, making phone calls and follow-up calls, drafting letters, and managing emails

Be responsible for managing and distributing information within the network

Perform general clerical work and other duties proposed by superiors

Requirements

Knowledge: experience with Microsoft Office Suite; general e-mail account maintenance; printing; general administrative organization and management.

Skills: social perceptiveness and tact through various mediums, e.g., e-mail, telephone, etc.; strong written and oral expression and comprehension, i.e., ability to communicate clearly and succinctly and ability to proofread and edit documents.

Ability: Organization; capacity to learn new tasks quickly and thoroughly; clerical knowledge a plus.
