GEICO is looking for experienced sales professionals to take incoming sales calls in our Fredericksburg Regional Office.

Exceptional product marketing and stellar customer service make GEICO a leader in the insurance industry. Our Sales professionals win with interested consumers calling them for their insurance needs. There is no cold calling or lead work. If you have the sales skills our Insurance training program will develop you into a licensed insurance product expert!

As a GEICO Experienced Sales Professional, you will:
* Handle incoming calls in a call center environment
* Be an expert on GEICO products and benefits and use that expertise to close sales
* Gather information from prospective policyholders
* Help our customers select the insurance policy that is best for them
* Identify customer's needs and answer all of their questions
* Prepare high quality rate quotes and close the sale
* Provide solutions that help make it easy for customers to buy a GEICO policy
* Empathize with the customer and overcome objections
* Provide guidance on additional product line that best protect our customers
* Understand why they did not buy online and close the sale Candidate Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior sales experience in a related environment
* Proven ability to meet sales goals
* Demonstrated job stability
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
* High level of dependability
* Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
* Positive personality with a passion to sell Salary Information Experienced Sales professionals can start with base salaries up to $35,500 per year with the potential to make up to an additional $5,000 bonus per month through our competitive sales bonus program.
