Description

Y.U.R.I. Magazine is looking for interns to assist the Editor in Chief during the fall and/or spring semester.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in fashion, well organized, and have strong communication and writing skills.

Interns may be responsible for creating new designs and new concepts in fashion, assists with different advertising and marketing strategies as well as coordinating marketing activities to ensure that all the required details are taken care of. The fashion assistant studies and observes fashion trends in order to stay updated on current trends.

Requirements

Interns would be responsible for managing the fashion closet, making calls to fashion designers, trafficking samples, requesting product for shoots, assisting on location for photo shoots, fashion shows and fashion events. You will also have the opportunity to attend fashion events, make contributions to web stories, maintaining social media pages and assist with photo shoots. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in fashion, well organized, and have strong communication and writing skills.
