Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance
A minimum of 4 years of experience using enterprise monitoring tools
A minimum of 4 years of experience diagnosing and resolving system outages (e.g. lost connectivity, server failure, database crash)
Prior experience supporting a tier 1 or 2 IT help desk
Experience with Remedy and opening/closing/transferring problem tickets
Prior experience with HP Monitoring and Management tools
Prior experience with VMware Sphere / vCenter for provisioning Windows / Linux operating systems on ESXi hosts
Prior experience testing and impelementing software COTS packages, data systems, and data networks to ensure that the integrity of the system meets requirements
Prior experience configuring and administering network and security infrastructure
Prior experience administering Windows or Linux server environments
Prior experience administering Oracle databases
Prior experience with reporting and data analysis
