With over 100 restaurants in Nassau County, we are seeking a person who will be responsible to work with our Subway Restaurant Franchisees/Managers to achieve their store goals in sales and profits, through ongoing field training and monthly evaluation visits. You will improve operational standards, management skills and provide excellent business advice. You must be able to work flexible days/hours, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. 3-5 Years of operational management experience in a restaurant (QSR) environment is preferred. Candidate should have excellent verbal communications, writing and proofreading skills, interpersonal & conflict resolution skills, math and strong analytical skills for problem solving, demonstrated achievement in coaching, development and leadership, and knowledge of basic computer functions, including frequent use of Microsoft Office.
