The Recruiter collaborates with our Market General Managers, Field Superintendents and Service Team to fill all field positions and corporate entry level positions.
Essential Job Functions
•Lead NY recruitment efforts for Solar Installer, Installation Foreman, Electrical Apprentice, Inspection Reps, and Certified Electrician requisitions
•Improve time-to-fill time by 15%
•Recruit and close corporate requisitions within 4-6 week timeframe
•Score 90% or above on client satisfaction survey
•Build “Best Place to Work” culture by identifying the right talent that will help build the organization
•Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
•Organization and planning. Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.
