Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
The Third Party Finance Analyst will translate data into actionable business ideas to drive value for the Third Party Finance team.The Analyst will leverage their findings to improve collections and cash flow, reduce bad debt, and identify and solution payer exceptions in order to increase department efficiencies. They will be the leading contributor in developing and producing complex anlaytics and reporting to drive process improvements.
Day to day activities will include but are not limited to, identifying payment trends and Third Party Payer performance, suggesting system enhancements to the core pharmacy dispensing system and or A/R system, and partnering with other various Finance and Operational areas to provide anlaytical support to key projects. The individual in this role should have deep technical knowledge and keen business acumen. Required Qualifications:
0-3 years of overall experience required. Proven ability to deliver accurate results. Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through. Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent. Ability to influence decision by creating a strong case for action by leveraging analytical tools and root cause analysis.Ability to work well independently, with minimal supervision, to complete assignments that meet established schedules and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group-directors, managers, colleagues, and external customers. Driven and self motivated to perform at a high level. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in or ability to learn coding languages quickly such as VBA,SQL,C++. Experience in advanced data mining with SQL, SAS or other advanced analytical tools. Familiarity with Mircrostrategy, Microsoft Access Databases.Demonstrated ability to leverage data to solve complex business problems and add value to the organization. Project management skills are also highly preferred. Education:
