: Analyze incoming documents and respond to customer inquires relating to including but not limited to, garnishments, separations, workers compensation, direct deposit rejects and manual checks for determination of payment based on policy/legal compliance.
: Responsible for researching and correct various pre and post payroll reports
: Provide outstanding customer support inclusive of researching and troubleshooting assistance to both external and internal customers.
: Reconciliation research and corrections as needed.
: Support as needed any audits, PRSA refresh, and Ops Risk events.
: Ongoing updates as needed to Standard Operating
: Experience in overall payroll with high volume processing/analyzing or equivalent work experience.
: Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures. :
Preferred working knowledge or experience with INFOR/eSeries Payroll System/SAP/PeopleSoft. : Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
: Project experience with proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
: Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative and dedication.
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
: PC skills including Excel, Word and Access.
: Experience in working in a cross-functional team environment.
: Proven ability to work in a team-based environment with strong interpersonal skills which reflect the ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of business partners.
: Demonstrated ability to maintain stable performance and daily work load management with multiple priorities under pressure.
: Ability to adapt to ever changing demands, working under limited supervision.
