The Branding Muse was developed to address the needs that a traditional education often overlooks. Headquartered in the Washington, DC area this organization is built upon the commitment to empower young professionals and college students to take control of their personal brands by providing them with the resources to create and maintain a professional and attractive online presence. The marketplace is extremely competitive and the internet is a tool that can be harnessed to help distinguish greatness from mediocrity.Responsibilities
Design intern will work to fulfill website, social media and event collateral needs and may perform a variety of design work which may include:•Photo research, event collateral, e-blasts, promotional design print or electronic online/web-based design
•Ebook layout planning
•Slideshows (ex. PowerPoint presentations)
•Creating content for various web, video, and print projects
• Strategically produce visual media based on ideas/concepts
Requirements
•College Students in the Northeastern region of the U.S.•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
•Excellent people skills – ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels
•Ability to meet deadlines and attend weekly phone meetings
•Willing to be the face of Branding Muse on website and social media channels
•Excited to own projects and take control of their responsibilities
