Rhinestones and Razor Blades is an emerging jewelry design company. We specialize in hand-crafted, fun and edgy jewelry. We are expanding our business and showcasing our jewelry in a gallery space @The Arts Factory Las Vegas. Our studio is a retail space for art work and jewelry.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated gallery intern to work in our studio 2-3 days a week.
This is a non-paid internship
Hours/Days are flexible
Position available immediately
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gallery management and operations
- Organize and maintain studio space
- Artwork & jewelry sales
- Social media marketing
- Assist with photo shoots
- Assist with events: Artist Showcases/Fashion Shows/First Friday Events
Requirements
The ideal candidate is passionate about art, fashion, jewelry and design. Applicants must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Experience in customer service and retail sales is a plus.
If selected, you will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of building and maintaining a jewelry business: branding, marketing, sourcing and supply research, jewelry production, product pricing, retail sales, online store management, shipping, event planning and promotions.
