A law firm in downtown Tampa has an immediate opening for a general office clerk to assist their conflicts department. The main responsibilities of the general office clerk will include performing and analyzing conflict searches, enters in all new business files, interacts and assists attorneys and administrative assistants with different projects, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience in her background, will have intermediate skills in MS Outlook and Word, and will be detail oriented. They will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, professional environment. This position will pay up to $12 per hour depending on experience and will last approximately 10-12 months. All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting this position.
