Joel Fitzpatrick is an entrepreneur who has designed clothing, lighting, homes, and owned retail stores in both New York and Los Angeles. Currently, Joel is heading up several major interior design projects and gearing up to launch an entire collection of luxury home textiles including towels, sheeting, shower curtains, blankets and more. We are seeking interns with either graphic design or PR and sales experience to work with us this summer on the launch and continued design, production and sales of the collection. There is an opportunity for future employment based on performance. Working with Joel is an exciting and unique non-office like environment offering the opportunity of multi-faceted experience to design from concept to creation.

Responsibilities:

responsibilities may include any or all of the following: 3d renderings for interior design projects, researching fabrics, furniture, fixtures for interior design jobs, using adobe programs to develop textile layouts and sample spec sheets for overseas production of Joel Fitzpatrick home collection. researching retailers and vendors for various JF merchandise. developing packaging, tags, and branding for JF products.

Requirements:

proficiency in photoshop, illustrator, indesign.
