Kaede NYC is looking for a Graphic Design intern qualified to help support digital advertising and promotions by designing art and copy layouts prepped and ready for digital and print release including but not limited to designing emails, banner ads, social media assets, flyers, in-store signage and more. Be ready to join a fun energetic design team in the world of fashion.
Responsibilities
- Tweaking existing designs
- Planning concept by researching information and materials
- Assisting with presentations and graphics for marketing materials
- Understanding our brand and working to ensure that all of our communications are visually consistent
- Helping maintaining and expanding our ever evolving web persona
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Docs
- Superior online communication skills; adept at email, Skype, Gchat, familiarity with Campfire or other chat room software
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter who’s able to excel in an unstructured environment
- Both tactical & strategic. Willing to dive into the details and yet able to see the big picture
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with online media and technology
- Basic project management skills and ability to work independently towards defined goals
- Teamwork skills to help deliver on-time product and project results
- Knowledge of Asian marking styles a plus
