ECO SALON VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: ECO SALON VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Date: Last Sunday of every month SET UP & ASSEMBLY: 5 volunteers needed Strong, hardy Males & Females to set up 1) Tables & Chairs 2) The Green Room, & Press Room: set up chairs, flowers, plants, set decorations etc etc 3) Set up The Green Carpet & Registration desks REGISTRATION DESK: 2 volunteers needed from 2:30pm to 5:30pm To register: Attendees, Media/Press, Sponsors, Partners, Exhibitors, FilmMakers,VIP Guests Musicians, Dancers WELCOME/HOSPITALITY HOSTS 2 Volunteers needed from 2:30 pm to 5:30pm Meet, Greet & Direct attendees, filmmakers, sponsors VIP Guests, sponsors etc. SERVERS: 2 people to serve hors d’oeuvres & non alcoholic beverage BICYCLE VALET: 2 volunteers needed from 2:30pm - 5:00 pm RECYCLING Assistant: 1 needed To assist in the setting up and implementation of recycled bins and other green compliance tools GREEN ROOM/PRESS ROOM : 2 Door People from 4pm -7pm Guard Duty Make sure that no one enters the Green Room without appropriate badges etc. Theatre Ushers/Usherettes: 2 volunteers needed from:2:30pm-3:30pm Assist people in and out of the theatre and to their seats Theatre Door Attendants: 2 volunteers needed from 5:30pm-8:00pm Take tickets from those entering the theatre and making sure that on one enters the theatre without a ticket or an appropriate badge. Assistant to the Events Coordinator 1 needed Assists our Events Coordinator throughout the day and at the event . Hours vary Assistant to the Media Director : One person needed Assists our Media Coordinator (Lisa) from now until the event and at the event . Hours vary All volunteers will receive a pass to all the film screenings should we decide to show films and all the activities as well as have access to the hors d'oeuvres & Beverages.
