DescriptionJob Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short time periods during breaks from school.
Internships are typically 3-4 months in length over the summer (May/June-August) at our OR, AZ, NM or CA sites. Your knowledge, passion, and acumen will be put to use to research trends, analyze data, and/or propose drive solutions. Do a great job and a full time offer may await you to join our HR PATHWAYS Rotation (CG) program, a one year rotation program that provides three, 6 month long rotations through HR functional areas at our OR site.
Demonstrated competency, experience, and genuine interest in HR processes, employment law, employee relations/communication, employee development, coaching, data analysis manipulation, social media, and/or sourcing recruiting desired.
Candidates should be:
** Pursuing Masters degree with at least a 3.20 GPA and possess a serious interest in a HR career.
** Desired majors/degrees include Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or other related field of study (Business/Social Sciences).
** Graduating between Dec, 2014 and June, 2015
** Human Resources work experience is a definite plus
** Interested in relocating (as necessary) to OR, AZ, NM, or CA for internship; Interested in relocating to OR if a full time (CG) offer is extended to the HR PATHWAYS Rotation Program (starting June/July 2015) after successful completion of internship.
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship.
