Responsibilities
Ideal candidates must have 0-2 Yrs of Prior End - End Recruitment experience in handling Clients and Req's in Different Verticals.Job Details:
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment process
- Analysis of Client Requirement and Frame a Suitable Sourcing Plan
- Shortlist Potential Candidates and Line Up for Interviews
- Handle Bulk / Volume Hiring
- Head Hunt the Profile with Right Skills
- Must Have minimum of 0-6 months Experience in Recruitment
- Freshers will be considered for intial TRAINEE Position
- Experience in Recruitment for IT, International BPO's, BFSI Clients
- Must have experience working with different verticals
- Must have Good Communication Skills
- Must be experienced with all Major Job Portals and other recruitment websites
