REQUIRED: I.T. BA experience within healthcare / pharma.
Manager's Note: Musthave 3 years of experience in an external client-facing roleas the primary person responsible for gathering requirements. Must be able to diffuse (and work well within) high-pressure situations. Must be very poised with exceptional people and communication skills.
Salary: $75k - $85k
Location: Brand new Lewisville facility at the 121 MacArthur area.

The I.T. department supports five business units and approximately 100 users. The IT staff of over 20 professionals includes separate teams for project management, development, network administration, quality assurance, and information services. These teams are led by managers and supervisors who report to the Director of Information Technology and the Chief Information Officer.SEEKING: Business Analyst with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience who will be the liaison between the business units, technology team, and support teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. In addition, the Business Analyst will proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze needs and deliver functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as needed to accurately document the needs for development.The Business Analyst will report to the PMO Manager and will have experience managing multiple priorities as well as the ability to meet prescribed deadlines in order to satisfy business commitments.
Requirements:1 - 3 years of related experienceProblem-solving capacity outside the scope of basic training Strong analysis skills
Superb documentation skillsHealthcare or pharmaceutical services industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, and/or related field of study · PMP certification· IIBA certification
