This person will be a part of a growing and dedicated support team, assisting customers with technical issues. Helpdesk will also be responsible for establishing a good rapport with the customer and ensuring that there is proactive communication. The ideal candidate will enjoy technical challenges, customer focus, and work in a fast paced, collaborative and environment. Responsible for taking & logging incoming calls and providing efficient customer support for all 1st Line issues relating to Servers, Desktops, Laptops and peripherals.
