DescriptionOur downtown Dallas client is in need of a Tech Support specialist to work their help desk. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting, network drive mapping, Outlook support, Exchange server support knowledge, and a great personality. This is a 3 month contract-to-full-time role with room for growth.
You must have at least one year of heavy call volume help desk experience. Also, you must be open to various shifts.
