Respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues/requests to the correct IT support group via Ticket Management tool.
Research solutions in and recommend updates to the IT knowledge base.
Reactivate suspended user accounts and reset user and voicemail passwords.
Provide recommendations to improve the Service Desk processes and the delivery of customer service.
Requires participation on-call rotation and off-shift coverage, as necessary.
Works under direct supervision.
Ensure all work is performed in a manner consistent with IT standards and guidelines.
*Both in-house only and traveling-only positions available.
