Desktop Image creation and maintenance.
Work with IT Team on systems and application software installation, monitoring and maintenance.
Provide PC user support through on-going training, problem solving and assigned tasks.
Maintain ongoing log of all user support requests and projects that easily identifies outstanding issues.
Work with IT Team, outside vendors and contractors for specialized tasks.
Help develop company communications strategy
Purchase, implement and maintain phone systems for corporate and regional offices
Implement and maintain mobile communications server software
Purchase, implement and maintain video conferencing systems
Maintain key maintenance contracts for PBX and VOIP systems
Work with users on support issues for all phone systems
Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience with desktop software, hardware, installation and trouble-shooting.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Terminal Server and Active Directory
Experience with Windows and Apple personal computer systems.
Experience with Nortel PBX systems (CS 1000E, BCM systems)
Familiarity with telecommunications companies processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Capable of identifying and organizing solutions to multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong work ethic and pride in work.
Associates Degree in related area or A+ certification preferred.
Current MSCE or MSCA preferred.
