DescriptionI have an immediate need for an Help Desk Tier II with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 experience to work in a northern suburb of Chicago in a full-time, contract capacity.
This role entails the latest technology with the ability to take both tickets via phone and in person. This growing and respected institution has a sterling reputation throughout the Chicagoland area.
To be considered for this role you must know or have the following experience:
- 2+ years of Windows 7
-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010
-Work experience with HP hardware
The following skills or experience would be considered a plus and would set you apart:
-Experience with Shoretel
-Experience with Active Directory
-Strong communication and time management skills.
