DescriptionThe primary objective of this position is to support the Information Technology infrastructure within CQG. This includes providing desktop support to the users within the office as well as supporting delivery of CQG’s product.
System Administration, including creating new users, creating mailboxes, troubleshooting servers, and taking direction from senior engineers when dealing with more complex problems.
Installation of new hardware, operating systems, and applications
Provide Desktop Support, including troubleshooting user issues, and network issues.
Coordinating hardware and software for internal users
Education and Experience:
A student that is currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science from a local college or university program.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of basic networking concepts (Training will be given for more advanced concepts)
Documentation and organizational skills
The hours are flexible between 7am and 5pm Monday -Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours per week on a regular set schedule. Schedule will be discussed during the interview.
