This student position is designed to teach you everything there is know about the HR and recruiting industry from a revolutionary perspective. At The Hire Talent we aren’t waiting for the next big idea we are developing it.
Do you want to learn how to market a growing business on-line and socially? Here is your chance to take on the task of a life time. Our student interns will get to develop their own marketing plan from scratch and have the backing to see it implemented for real world success.

Students will learn about psychometric testing and assist in at least one research related projected.

This is a great opportunity to get your name out there. Interns are expected to have at least one articles or research assignments published during their time with us.

Each intern will develop one industry survey under the guidance of company leadership.

Responsibilities

Syllabus:
Week one:
Introduction to the recruiting industry discuss current understanding and the basics of industry practices.
Select first topic for 600-1000 word article due the following week.
Select a book related to the hiring or recruiting industry to read during the course of the internship. A full opinion based reported will be due at the end of the course. 5-8 pages.

Week Two:
Introduction to marketing strategy’s. Explore the most common on line and offline ways for small to medium businesses to market their business.
Select a topic for 600-1000 word article due the following week.
Research a marketing strategies and begin to form a plan for final project. Choose one basic marketing plan for week three.

Week Three:
Execute one basic marketing plan.
Select a topic for 600-1000 word article due the following week.
Further develop unique marketing strategy.
Develop one survey to conduct in week four.
Discuss hiring and selection best practices.

Week Four:
Execute survey from week three
Select a topic for 600-1000 word article due the following week.
Finalize unique marketing plan.

Week Five:
Begin to implement marketing plan.
Select a topic for 600-1000 word article due the following week.
Discuss opinion piece on industry related book

Week six:
Execute and finalize marketing plan
Turn in opinion piece on industry related book
Recap findings and ideas learned during the course of the internship

Requirements

Interest in HR, Recruiting or Marketing.

Anyone with web development or writing background prefered
