You will interact with employees in all pay groups and develop positive working relationships using your excellent communication skills. Data entry must be performed with an extraordinary degree of accuracy. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Interacting, both in person and on the phone, with individuals interested in applying for openings. Maintaining accurate Job Snapshots Manuals and job postings. Preparing a weekly posting of open positions for bulletin boards, website, and other recruitment sources.
Entering both internal and external applicant tracking data along with issuing various HR reports, as needed. Monitoring the quality of processes for deviations to ensure quality outcomes. Gathering information to understand and eliminate the root causes of problems related to HR processes.
Identifying improvement opportunities and actively participating in problem solving activities to identify potential solutions to problems, gathering feedback on changes, and modifying solutions as appropriate
Greeting and assisting supervisors and employees, and answering basic Personnel questions. Assisting with the maintenance of personnel files including data entry of salary, job, and status sheet information and timely filing of all appropriate paper copies of documents. Preparing and reviewing for accuracy general office correspondence for various HR personnel. Assisting in recruitment activities which include scheduling interviews, arranging flights and hotel accommodations as necessary.
