NP Associates represents an innovative approach to providing high quality resident-focused, Nurse Practitioner driven resource to long-term care facilities. We specialize in providing primary care that supports the already existing framework, by establishing systems of care that drive nurse assessments, reducing re-hospitalizations, and improving the quality of care.

Internship Description: As a human resources assistant you will help maintain human resource practices by maintaining records, screening and interviewing applicants, organizing and by creating screening tools. Candidates will also help conduct job analysis and assessments, enhance training and development and demonstrate the ability to identify and diagnosis necessary organizational changes. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Currently majoring in human resources or related field
• MS Office working knowledge of computer software packages, MS Excel,
• Reside in the vicinity of Central New Jersey (Perth Amboy, NJ)
