Looking for a motivated self-starter who would love an opportunity to learn about HR in the Hospitality Industry.
This is a very flexible internship for the right candidate, offering opportunity to assist in the HR Dept as well as spend time in other operational departments.
The intern will have the opportunity to experience 'a day in the life' of a single person HR department. They will have the opportunity to be a part of the entire Associate Life Cycle from recruiting, selection, onboarding, training, benefits administration, administrative work(filing, reporting, etc.) and Associate Relations.
Responsibilities
- Write effective copy, excelling in correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Use alternate forms of communication (including graphic arts, social media)
- Edit and proof other team members work and provide constructive feedback
Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
- Assist with Recruiting to include (networking, advertising, interviewing and selection processes)
- Assist with day to day administrative duties (filing, responding to inquiries, etc.)
- Plan Summer Associate Event
