Responsibilities
Do you want to make a difference? We have an ideal opportunity for a college student to support our growing Human Resources team. This is a paid internship and the rate is $12.00 per hour. We will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school. We ask that candidates would be able to work at least 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Support HR staff with compiling data for Affirmative Action Plan filing
• Recruiting efforts including maintaining accurate candidate activity, advertising, sourcing
• Help with the administration of leaves, mailing paperwork, updating leave file
• Data entry of benefit information and processing of monthly invoices
• Photocopy, scan, and print various documents
• File and archive paperwork
• Perform other office duties as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
• Full time student with flexible class schedule
• The ideal candidate will be able to work at least 20 hours per week
• Long term career interest in HR is preferred
• Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to drive or commute to office
