DescriptionWill be exposed to core HR functions (Staffing, Employee Relations, Comp/Benefits or Training)through a project based approach.
ResponsibilitiesWill participate in one or more Human Resources projects, ie Job Evaluation, Salary Survey/Schedule Update, OSHA Review, Staff Morale, or Mock Human Rights Response to Allegations.
Requirements*Possess computer (Word, Excel, Access), good communication (both verbal & written) and organizational skills
*Must have sucessfully completed two of the following cources: HR Management, Compensation, Employment Law, Organizational Development
