TE Connectivity has a Human Resources summer internship available in Fuquay Varina, NC within the Energy business unit (BU) of the Network Solutions organization. The Human Resources Intern will support the human resources team in various projects while learning many aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
Take on an active role in the staffing/recruitment process for the Energy division; This will include creating requisitions with the hiring managers and managing the recruitment process for specific positions from beginning to end.
The chosen intern will also take an active role in training/development and creating/maintaining a training schedule for Energy supervisors/managers.
The intern will interact with employees at various levels of the organization and will also be assigned various other projects as needed.
Requirements
No prior related job experience is required. The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration with an HR Concentration or a degree in Human Resources, with minimum GPA of 3.0.
