ZTS Internship Program
Title: Human Resources Recruiting Intern
Semester: Spring 2013 or Summer 2013
Hours: Flexible (2 days onsite required)
Reports to: Human Resources
Pay: Bonus Structure
The role of the Campus Ambassador Intern will be to assist the HR Manager in all areas of the recruitment of new hires. The Intern will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, posting job descriptions, reaching out to areas campuses, participating in recruiting events, updating and maintaining social media sites geared towards recruiting and more! The purpose of this internship is to learn about ZTS from the inside out. It will set you up for success if you decide to join our internal Sales and Recruiting team.
After participating in the ZTS Internship Program, Zoom Interns should be able to:
• Source resumes
• Draft resumes
• Conduct phone interviews
• Possess interview skills
• Plan recruiting events
• Optimize Social Media Sites
• Understand the Zoom Sales Model
Upon graduation the top intern will automatically receive an offer of employment from ZTS!
Responsibilities
•Collect resumes from your college campus
•Collect resumes from job board sites
•Generate interest in on and off campus recruiting events
•Phone interview new candidates every week
•Generate first face to face interviews
•Generate 1-2 placements per month
•Research Social Media Sites to find the best sites for Recruiting and Branding
•Conduct a survey of College Students to see what they are looking for from employers
•Research ways to get students involved in on and off campus recruiting events
•Be the Zoom spokesperson on your campus
•Research ways to brand the company
•Speak at various clubs on campus (1 club/month required)
•Update the recruiting sites as needed
•Post daily to keep the content fresh
•Monitor sites for inappropriate posts
•Measure the productivity you are getting on each site
•Participate in sales and industry training meetings
•Learn sourcing and interviewing skills
•Learn resume writing and reviewing skills

Requirements
Candidate must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior attending a 4 year college. Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing or Sales is required. Must be majoring in Business Administration or Communications.
