You’re just in luck! iBank is actively seeking a Human Resources intern to participate in our internship program for the Spring semester! iBank is America’s #1 online financial network seeking to repair and build foundations for small businesses. We are looking for a Human Resources intern who will be responsible for day to day functions of the HR department.
As an intern, you will immerse yourself in the various duties and responsibilities of an HR professional. You will have an exciting opportunity to interact very closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager in ad hoc projects and recruiting to further company growth. .
You will gain exposure to the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. Other job functions include employee relations, training, as well as organizational development. This internship offers you the ability to grow and develop professionally in your career!
Responsibilities
•Play an active role in the job recruitment process (Creating ads for open positions, posting ads on career websites, scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews)
•Work directly with senior management and report hiring information
•Implement effective methods to maintain HR responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
•Act as a liaison between applicants and senior managers
•Update and manage our “iBank Career-Opportunities” Facebook page
If you’re a recent graduate or currently attending school and want to gain work experience in Human Resources this is a great opportunity for you! You will have the opportunity to gain a hands-on experience in Human Resources and take on responsibilities that will contribute to iBank’s growing workforce!

•Coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Management is a plus, but not required
