Description

Two internships available to assist the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department in carrying out various human resources and organizational development programs and practices for all employees.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee orientation and onboarding of new employees. Create and update HR & OD documents, standard operating procedures, forms, and process documentation. Training coordination to include, scheduling, room set-up, documentation creation/maintenance, training packet creation.

Requirements

Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Must be detailed oriented, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail.
