Responsibilities

Occasionally, additional hours may be required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Answering staff questions in person, via phone, and/or email on all company’s applications. 2. Provide users with accounts and specific applications as per their job description. 3. Troubleshoot all technological issues. 4. Installation of new hardware and software. 5. Maintain user accounts. 6. Reset passwords. 7. Change backup tapes, and receive daily backup confirmation logs. 8. Setup equipment for various meetings and conference. (i.e. projectors, laptops) 9. Provide staff with reports. 10. Change staff phone extensions and passwords for voicemail. 11. Rebuild old computers. 12. Complete removal of all documentation on a computer prior to disposal. 13. Use of Help desk, Inventory, and Purchasing applications. 14. Maintain working relationships with current vendors. 15. Obtain price quotes from various vendors. 16. Keep computer software up to date. 17. Training staff on computer applications. 18. Ticketing all requests for help as well as documentation of resolution via intranet. 19. Help maintain a detailed log of all staff assigned equipment such as computers, laptops, monitors, and printers. 20. Ability to get things done on time, under pressure and in a fast pace work environment.
