Description
Galloway Township, NJ based IT support company seeking an intern to work with our IT engineer on various projects and learn about managing the technology needs of companies in multiple industries. This is a technical internship. The successful candidate will be involved with technical issues and should have an interest in working in the IT field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prioritize and manage clients' technical issues with staff engineer
- Contribute to improving functionality and effiency using company's PSA (professional services automation) program
Requirements
- Have IT competency in the following: MS Office, Windows
- Understand how computers and software can increase efficiency
- Possess skills in analyzing, formulating, trouble-shooting, and synthesizing
