DescriptionYorktown client in need of customer service representative to quickly and accurately identify customer needs, either over the phone or through email correspondence. Help customers resolve any issues or identify product needed and accurately quote and relay information.
Candidates should be comfortable conversing with business people on all levels. Superior communication skills, multi-tasking, proper phone etiquette, and knowledge of product (through training) a must. Individual must also be comfortable working with customer purchase orders and entering information in a quick and accurate matter.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills a team player.
- Organizational skills, high quality oriented and able to solve problems
- Experience in working in industrial setting
