Information Systems develops, maintains and manages
internal and 3rd party SaaS systems that support SNEI’s global financial
reporting and internal business management processes. The IS team works closely with the Sony
Entertainment Network engineering team to release Sony Entertainment Network
functionality to new countries, and support new products, and new business
models. The IS itntern will be responsible for the configuration of new
business rules as well as definitions in 3rd party Software as a Service (Saas)
financial system. Additional responsibilities include:
• Developing test cases, test data, and running test
scenarios for new products/countries/business models
• Providing/updating user and system documentation
• Coding reports, data comparison routines, queries for
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at time of internship; Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Information Systems majors preferred
• Experience with SQL, Linux and scripting preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting or eCommerce experience a plus
