The Fortune Group has been in the investment industry for more than 15 years and gained the leader position in the local market. The Fort Rapid Resort & Hotel is one of our undergoing project. The hotel has the largest indoor water park in the Ohio State and 337 units. The business internship is available for energetic, passionate, hard-working student who is ready to learn from industry. This internship will provide you the opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day operation of a busy investment business office and work closely with the high level executive officer including CEO and president of the company. Upon completion the Fortune Group will provide letter of reference, interns who show exceptional ability will be considered for future position with the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in project acquisition analysis, developing marketing plan, business plan preparation
Assist in financial analysis
Assist in loan qualification analysis, loan packaging and loan coordination
Assist in various data collection and analysis.
Other business management related assignment from the supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing Bachelor degree in business related field; emphasis in marketing, finance, economics, or related major preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.0
MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point)
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
Strong desire to pursue career as an investment professional
Excellent speaking and writing communication skills
Native Chinese speaker is preferred
