At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact.The internship is to support the SAP Global Sponsorship team. This role is designed to assist the sponsorship team and the greater marketing organization. The intern will be working to assist team members to work with partners and other sponsors to ensure that the digital experience enhances the overall fan experience. Prime responsibilities will be to: - Staff Madison Square Garden games and concerts - Assist in the development of the digital marketing strategy for overall sponsorship platform - Assist in collaborating with partners to build experiences that meet SAP Global Sponsorship objectives and ensure a proper showcase for SAP technologies - Actively engage with emerging technologies and platforms - Assist in day-to-day operations that enable the Global Sponsorship team to run successfully.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Assist account executives with activation elements including but not limited to pre program support (registration, ticketing, reporting, gift fulfillment) and onsite support (meet & greet, suite prep, F&B ordering) for sponsorship programs in North America Oversee requests for merchandise and tickets for North America Properties (MSG, MetLife, New York Yankees, Tribeca Film, etc.) Support Global Sponsorship team and Experience Worldwide team in day-to-day administrative tasks

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree seeking program. Microsoft office, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, keen interest in sponsorship marketing, previous onsite experienceDuration of Assignment is 3 Months
