Description
Boston Environmental is seeking a college sophomore or junior to join a fast paced marketing and field service consulting firm for the oil heat industry. For more information on the company, please visit www.tanksure.com.The internship will be held in Portsmouth, NH. It is a paid internship at $12 per hour.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to...Daily Duties:
o Retrieving the mail and depositing it with Michelle
o Changing the storage tape
o Carrying the checks to the bank
o Filling couplant – minimum of twenty bottles filled & labeled at all times
o Cleaning & refurbishing testing unit cases
o Ensuring testing equipment is in working condition
o Record keeping & filing of testing units
o Sending invoices & checks
o Answering the main phone line, taking messages & distributing messages accordingly
o Shipping & signing for UPS packages
o Assisting with the claims process
Special Projects:
o Research – May be asked by internal employees or field representatives
o Data entry
o Tiger Inspection mailing – Detailed Instructions Provided
o Company mailings
Requirements
Boston Environmental is looking for a college sophomore or junior to join our team in an internship position. We need an intern on Monday and Wednesday from 9am - 5pm with a possibility for more hours.
