DescriptionFirst Data is currently looking for an intern to work in our Omaha Client Contact Center in our Operations Support Services and Process Excellence organization. This is an opportunity to work as part of global performance and quality organization, working with professionals across the enterprise. This dynamic team leverages call monitoring and recording technology to identify performance and process enhancements that positively impact our clients. This position provides an excellent entry level opportunity to gain experience within the financial services industry. The candidate will partner closely with Directors and Senior Analysts as well as subject matter experts to deliver operational enhancements to our internal and external clients.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in business, computer science or related degree
Current class standing of Freshman or above
Must have a current GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Knowledgeable in the use of PC applications/MS Office Suite of Tools/Excel specifically
