Our Office Connectivity and Communications (OCC) team, located in Moorestown NJ, is seeking an Intern to fill a part time position (30 hours weekly). In this role you will support our OCC team related to our organization’s Video and Audio Conferencing Design, Implementation and Support.Responsibilities:
Candidates with customer service experience in a homecare, hospital or health care environment are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be part of our OCC team, applying your technical skills as you respond to questions and trouble shoot connectivity problems. As an intern, you will work with the Manager and staff to provide support for the department's overall goals and functions as you:
- Configure, install and troubleshoot audio video equipment.
- Troubleshoot network and PC issues to support video collaboration tools.
- Coordinate and support of company webcasts and webinars.
- Provide administration and support for Enterprise collaboration tools.
- Report and maintain metrics on use of communications tools.
- Provide end user training.

- BS/BA degree - GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Apply a high energy attitude to all tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to prioritze and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Proven ability to handle a large volume of work.
- Proven ability to quickly learn environment.
- Have knowledge and understanding of networking, audiovisual systems, and proficiency setting up audio and video conferencing systems.
