The Inbound Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for partnering with our internal and external Wholesaler teams to develop and maintain relationships with our clients, with the focus on building sales momentum in our mutual funds business. The distribution organization within FFAS is responsible for selling and marketing a full range of investment products and services including the Fidelity Advisor Funds, 401(k) Solutions, 529 Plans, & Retirement Programs specifically to financial advisors in the broker/dealer marketplace.
Responsible for taking inbound calls, determining the client need, selling Fidelity Advisor products and providing a superior client experience for brokers and financial planners across the United States
Participate in sales competitions, cross-site projects, and presentations to further knowledge and development
Deliver insight on the market, our products, and the industry to support sales stories and drive revenue for the firm
Profiling clients to identify sales opportunities including - mutual funds, 401(k) plans, etc.
Work with management to refine selling skills through on-call coaching and monitoring.
Education and Experience:
Passion for the financial or investment management industry
Previous internships, particularly within Financial Services, preferred
Demonstrated personal drive and motivation for success
Series 7 & 63 required and must be obtained in the time frame set by the business unit.
