Internship Overview:
The ideal intern candidate is a junior or senior in college or recent college graduate who possess the desire to gain exposure to the commercial real estate industry – specifically in the field of marketing. Must have superior project management, writing skills and a winning attitude. The Marketing intern will gain exposure to the how the sales process works for a commercial real estate firm and the marketing tools needed by our brokers, property managers, project managers and construction managers. This is an ideal position for someone looking to join a marketing team

Key project responsibilities:
This position is focused on supporting marketing and new business efforts. Core responsibilities include assisting the team with improving process around responding to Requests for Proposals, preparing new business presentations, and copy for various announcements and brochures. This position requires some graphical skills; however this position is primarily focused on candidates looking to create value through strategic content delivery.
• Analyze current structure of case studies and content for marketing deliverables
• Help analyze, define and document a new case study organization system for firm-wide use
• Prioritization of case study organization and development
• Research existing clients and recently competed projects and transactions
• Engage and interview colleagues to research and write about various successful JLL projects
• Identify photography and/or imagery to help represent completed projects
• Final implementation of a revamped case study organization system
Additional responsibilities:
• Partner with marketing team members for completion of various day-to-day client requests
• Assist with information gathering for various new business opportunities
• Perform competitive analysis as it relates to social media, advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities
Requirements
Skill-set:
We are seeking a candidate who knows how to take initiative, is energetic, highly motivated and professional. The candidate should possess an interest in business writing with a customer service focus and attitude, strong verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency. The candidate should be self-motivated to network internally to learn about the JLL platform and build relationships. The candidate should also be able to resolve problems and make informed decisions regarding projects and requests related to the brokers.
