ResponsibilitiesThe Performance Measures Intern will work with a mentor within the department on a project which will include a final presentation and/or paper related to the work of the department. The topic of the project can be determined jointly with the intern and the staff mentor and should be discussed prior to the intern’s start date. Once a project is agreed upon, a short description of the project or brief proposal (no more than 100 words) should be developed by the intern and submitted to the departmental management for approval.
The Intern will also perform tasks typically assigned to the project analyst, including providing support for the execution of various NQF projects, including consensus development projects related to practices and measures. The Intern might assist with research support and technical writing on practices and/or measures, steering committee communications, implementation of process redesign and administrative support.
