Hyatt Gold Passport, Hyatt’s global loyalty program is seeking an intern for summer 2014. The intern will learn the intricacies of running loyalty program in the hospitality business and working in a corporate environment across teams to get initiatives accomplished. Specifically, the intern will support the Strategy & Innovation team within the department.
The Innovation intern will support a roadmap of initiatives coming out of the Strategy & Innovation work from 2013 currently underway. This work may include researching, interviewing members, building a business case, identifying potential obstacles and implementing new changes to the Hyatt Gold Passport program.
The internship project will fall in one of these key areas: redemption, on-property benefits or the digital experience. Upon determination of the project, the intern will need to complete a recommendation (in conjunction with his/her manager) providing support for implementation: research, analysis, forecast, dependencies and customer impact.
