As ED of the International Music and Film Festival Conference, I am looking for a part-time intern that can assist in research and calling potential delegates, panelists and sponsors for the conference. The conference is in Austin, Texas December 4-6th and the intern can volunteer at the conference. The intern will need a computer and will need to work out of my home office two mornings or afternoons a week with me (preferably Mondays and Thursday). Much of the work can be offsite but I need a person here to quickly find information about festival organizers and in helping to create lists of potential sponsors, etc. I spend most of the day on the phone speaking with potential sponsors, delegates and panelists and getting information about studios, musicians and filmmakers. Need to be very organized, love film and music, be great on the phone and able to prepare Excel spreadsheets. Knowledgable in social media helpful.
