E.K. Thomas Designs, LLC and Burbage Properties, LLC were established in 1997. We are a small family business that owns and manages 22 vacation rental properties. We are looking for an intern to get hands on experience with every aspect of the business-from the first phone call, paperwork, and even tax itemization. We are located in Alpharetta, Georgia, and will reimburse for gas. Looking for 2 interns to work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week-one day a week can be remotely from your computer.Responsibilities
We are looking for interns to work 5 days a week, but one day a week can be done remotely on their computer, and they can send us an update of what they did that day. 6 Hours a day, and we are flexible. 10-5 with an hour lunch break, or if they want to work 11-6, or 9-4, etc. These are the requirements: Reservation Work -Keep reservation calendars updated -Answer inquiries about bookings via email and phone -Take deposits for reservations by credit card -Take final payments -Send final confirmations -send information letters about their stay after they have confirmed the reservation -schedule housekeeping -schedule beach chair rentals -program the key lock system for each new guestOffice Work -File Paperwork in the filing system -Organize each condos paperwork -input data for each condo into Quicken Advertising -Create a Facebook Page for both businesses -Create a twitter account for each business -promote rentals for the condos via social media
