Investment banking firm located in Century City, providing a real life experience for those interested in becoming investment bankers. This position offers an insight to how transactions (including M&A, buy-side, sell-side, and capital raise) take place in the financial industry.* We are now initiating many cross-border transactions, the ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather industry information from various databases- Assist in preparing final report and presentation to clients
- Leads generation
- Assist to facilitate transaction
Requirements
- Business school background (undergraduate or graduate degree preferred)- Some work experience preferred
- Keen understanding of financial models
- Industry research and report preparation
